Shipping policy

At Proti Foods we offer our customers $7.99 flat rate shipping for orders of $39.99 or less in all 48 contiguous states. We process, pack, and ship our customer’s orders every weekday, except on holidays when FedEx and UPS are closed or if poor weather conditions present delays. Shipping carriers pick up the orders at approximately 4 PM daily from our Connecticut-based facility and then ship them to their next destination.

Delivery times will vary based on destination and weather conditions.

Orders received after 3pm Eastern Time on Fridays, including Express Shipping, will not be shipped until Monday.

We accept both PO boxes and physical addresses, but transit times for PO boxes can take longer.

Warm Weather

The Proti Foods team ships all orders promptly from our warehouse. However, we do not have control over the conditions your package may encounter before delivery. Our bars are sensitive to heat and should not be left outside. We recommend opting for “Express Shipping” and shipping your orders to locations where they can be immediately brought into a climate-controlled, cool area upon arrival. Consider upgrading your order to include an insulated packing box with an ice pack. This offers an additional 48-hours of protection from warm temperatures.

If you do experience issues with melting products, place the unopened boxes in your refrigerator for an hour. Try to avoid handling the individually wrapped bars (until cooled) for the best results. The products may look slightly different, but they will re-harden without impact on nutrition content or taste.

International Shipping

Proti Foods offers international shipping and we calculate our prices in US dollars. Customers are responsible for covering all duties, taxes, and clearance or entry fees.
